Not many to think of. Honestly.
Cons
Where do I begin? Ever changing rules and benchmarks that become more and more unrealistic. Overworked and underpaid. Expected to give your life and soul to this company with hardly anything to show for it. No people of color on executive team who run the hotel. That really bothers me. Poor training and even worse leadership. Leadership feels distant Only concerned about the bottom line and their end of year bonus or whatever kickback they get.
