Pros

Great Sales bonus structure! Great Culture with a lot of associate activations. Tenured employees. Genuinely kind and caring associates. A lot of growth, especially if you are willing to relocate Consistent service to Guests. Consistent hotels across the brand (some in need of reno) but always a great stay! They always feel like a 4 star/diamond.

Cons

A newer GM that only cares about the bottom line. Pay is lower than most companies. Difficult to get the employee rate discount. Little diversity in the executive team on property and especially, the Corporate office. Outdated/conservative corporate policies (ex. no visible tattoos or piercings other than one on each ear). Entire company has an old boys club vibe. Work/life balance is lacking (Managers work 9 hours+ per day)!

Pros

The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

Cons

No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
