      Omni Bedford Springs is a beautiful place to work, top of the line Managers who actually care about their employee's success. Associates who go above and beyond to help a new hire learn their job. Working here is like wearing your most comfy jeans....it just fits perfectly.

      Pros

      The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

      Cons

      No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
