      Pros

      Working for Omni is a great job. The manager listens and they have an amazing benefit package. They offer room for growth.

      Cons

      The Omni Homestead, where I was working, is not ADA or walker/wheelchair compliant. I got injured and was given accommodations by my doctor. They made me go through a 3rd party before they would accept them.

      Pros

      Very accommodating with scheduling, good pay and is rotational within the department you’re assigned

      Cons

      When understaffed it can get really overwhelming. May not be able to rotate to a different department. Job offer after was not as expected
