UK ownership group closed down the business before we could turn things around

-Benefits are okay -Most of the co-workers were pretty cool to work alongside with -The actual work you do in and of itself is great resume builder

-IT management gives you tasks to do, but not the resources needed or any guidance in how they want things done. They will then hypocritically hold you accountable if you don't do the task in the way they intended. -If something goes wrong with IT operations, the IT management will not have their junior peoples back. If you do make a mistake, they will offer no feedback, no support and no communication on ways the issues can be prevented from reoccurring. Even worse, they will allow you to take the blame for errors that they actually caused. -Whenever i tried to communicate statuses or ask my manager questions, 95% of the time i would be ignored; my manager refused to make time to communicate with me. -Pay is terrible
