Customer First, Quality Delivery & Subscription focus have transformed the culture and business over the past 3 months. A new leadership team committed to it’s customers and staff have turned the difficult corner post COVID-19 A born in the cloud technology makes this a truly exciting place to be.

Embracing the new way of working is challenging and has been difficult for some.

Nice people, flexible working on some teams.

Cons

Senior management, including MD, are not good leaders. They waste company money on extravagant dinners & are sexist. There are regular redundancies & the HR team don’t follow correct redundancy processes. The whole company is understaffed & there is distinct lack of collaboration between teams. There is no employee development, career progression or people management in some departments. Do not accept a job here unless you’re ok with instability & 1950s attitudes from the SMT.
