Pros

The company has so much potential and the concept and product is brilliant. There’s a immense amount of products for clients to choose from and a clear opportunity for continued revenue. Energy in the office is high.

Cons

The founder has control issues and doesn’t trust his employees enough to let them fully do their jobs or their roles. He and his wife run the company together and they wear all the hats and a lot of the time, they will present a role to the employee but actually won’t give that role because of “trust”. It’s a title only. There is a high turnover rate due to the above statement but in turn, they’ll promote the “in crowd” to keep them happy. There is favorites which is obvious from day 1. It’s easy to feel the bias and see the high school dynamics from your first week. They require all employees to like, comment and react to their LinkedIn posts which makes it look ridiculous to other companies. It’s time consuming and obvious ploy to whether what they are is credible. They can’t stand on their own.
