Pros
The entire staff is really incredible. Everyone brings their A game every day, collaborates well, looks out for each other and knows how to inject some fun into the day as well. There is opportunity to make a positive contribution, no matter your role or level. The leadership team seems to have a good handle on where the company needs to do to create future success, and has been making the necessary investments in people, tools, processes and products.
Cons
There were some years in the recent past where the former leadership team did not appear to have a great handle on where the company should go, and as a result it floundered in some areas, from staffing to product development. Too much time spent changing direction, rather than staying committed and focused. It also led to very mixed messages to staff, which created frustration. (But again, the tide appears to have turned in recent years.) Changes in recent years have been great, but slower than I would like to see.
