Pros
Most of the good people have moved on or been let go. I'm sure you can still find a few nice folks there but the more intelligent people tend to move on pretty quickly. I wish I had.
Cons
Not the tight knit family they pretend to be. Culture here can be very exclusive and downright toxic since the new general manager took over. Pay scale is laughable for most skilled positions and you'll quickly find yourself unable to advance (though they will tell you what you want to hear as long as they want to keep you around, then never come through)
