      The only good thing in this company is your colleagues

      Cons

      Everything If you’re in sales your commission sucks, sales also does not get an annual raise because we get commission so we need to “work harder” to get paid more money. The process in sales is HORRIBLE there is always a road block. Pay sucks Recruiting has predatory tactics Benefits are horrible!

      Good portfolio of products with name recognition from VMware. Good people working there (those that were not laid off).

      Cons

      Chasing profit over maintaining a good workforce and good products. Large number of RIFs.
