      The people, full stop! You won't find a better class of talented, caring, honest, sincere, and genuinely decent folks.

      Cons

      Massive Layoffs! Senior Leadership just let a bunch of folks go, without warning, less than a month after the CEO sent an email stating that promotions and raises were coming sooner than expected. We also just had a company-wide celebration less than a week ago, and then today, BAM, don't let the door hit you on the way out!

      Work from Home Fair compensation

      Micro-management. A lot of has changed since being spun off. Last-minute trainings and last-minute on-site classes. Seems unorganized anymore and no consideration for our time . Poor planning . A lot of unnecessary tedious, extra tasks have been laid on us just to prove our worth versus actually doing our jobs - which is generating sales.
