Lots of work long hours

Enjoyable company to work for when at the beginning of a project you assume you will get paid. You are on your own and don't have to worry about someone looking over your shoulder as there is usually no one there.

They don't pay their invoices on time or at all. Their computers and software are antiquated and you receive no guidance concerning the expected results of your work. Your work is reviewed after it is finished which means you usually do things two or three times.
