      You get to do some interesting work.

      Cons

      This company (now known as Omnitek Labs, possibly to distance itself from these reviews) owes a huge amount of money to past employees and contractors. I could say much more, but let's just say that there are reasons why it got in that situation.

      - Flexible work hours - Management is very open and makes logical decisions - Ability to work from home - New technology for employees - Great location on the East side - Benefits and 401k

      Cons

      - Engineers work long hours to complete projects - A lot of pressure on Sales to keep up the pipeline - Payroll may run late if customers do not pay on time
