- Lack of transparency in pay scales, individuals with similar pay title will get paid significantly more (2x) and not do much due to the number of years in the company (seniority). - Extremely micromanaged sprint planning - where you have no breathing rooms in efforts - one small minute detail you overlook and that's it, add another 5 hours to your overtime because you have to somehow cover the sprint work. - Taking time off? No problem, still planned fully in the Sprint. Cover up when you're back. Next Sprint's spillovers are to be completed during extra unpaid time regardless too. - Technical Leadership within teams is severely outdated and incapable. I had trouble respecting the leads due to their incompetence. - Technology/Stacks are extremely outdated; code-bases are extremely outdated and literally spaghetti.

Supportive and collaborative team environment. Good learning opportunities, especially for those early in their careers. Flexible office timing policy. Exposure to real-world telecom projects and client requirements.

Learning opportunities are limited to existing technologies; not much exposure to the latest tools and frameworks. Heavy workload and strict project deadlines make work-life balance difficult to maintain. Lack of sufficient resources can add extra pressure on the team.
