Cons

The manager is a huge part of the problem. Customer service seems to be an afterthought for the management team, and you can feel it from the top down. The team leaders are either veterans just coasting until retirement who couldn't care less about your professional goals or challenges, or they're too new and intimidated to ever challenge the manager, who has been there for nearly two decades. This creates an environment where nothing ever changes and good ideas are ignored. The company states "we are family," but that couldn't be further from the truth. They are racist and ableist. If you ever get sick, they will do everything to kick you out. There is a clear feeling of being looked down upon, just because you are a CSR. You will be overloaded with work, but if you suggest a better or more efficient way of doing something, your idea will be shot down immediately, not because it is a bad idea, but because it didn't come from her. It's a truly toxic and demoralizing place to work.
