Pros
There are some really good people - smart, high agency and driven, Work-life balance overall is really good. Pay isn't bad given the work-life balance you get. There is a good trend of potential change in leadership with new mid-level hires.
Cons
Mid-level management is downright bad - they don't take decisions, they don't act. The number of 'workshops' they do is ridiculous compared to the amount of leadership they actually demonstrate. Mid-level leadership doesn't really deserve where they are. They just say 'yes' to everything senior leadership comes up with (even when these things don't help the company). No one in leadership is truly data-driven - there are a lot of 'good intentions' at best or a lot of 'my level dictates over you' kind of mentality. You're just executing a visionless vision. If you raise your voice, you're ostracised and passed over for promotions - even if all your peer feedback is extremely positive. The word 'premium' is being thrown around without actual definitions for each business area.
