      The line workers really care for the Seniors and those workers really are the secret to On Lok success.

      Cons

      CEO is unable to express concisely her ideas, and the rest of the management suffers as such due to her real lack of leadership. The CEO is ambitious and does not lack charm, but she rushes to decisions and does not hesitate to through anyone under the bus.
