      Pros

      A great health care service product for the elderly. The service provided is so important to an often overlooked demographic. Honest, hardworking operational staff that really care about their work in helping low-income, chronically-ill seniors stay at home and healthy.

      Cons

      Increasing staff turnover. Infrequent salary increases, barely on par with cost-of-living. Rules are for all staff, except Senior Management.
