Pros
The only good reason i can say working at ontime is that's it's a relaxing job. There are times you will have a work load but most days it's really slow and you have alot of flexible time.
Cons
The health benefits is rubbish, it's expensive and don't get paid enough. no sick days, no raises and this is so true maybe they will decide to give there employees a well deserve raise after seeing this review. I'v been working there for 4 years and doing all what I'm suppose to do and only making 11.50 i was given one raise which was 50c. My record there is clean. They are dishonest when comes to the patient weight. Most times you transport 500 pound patients and even have to lift them.
