Pros
Some very nice and friendly people. Benefits were good but getting more and more expensive. Building is nice and has many perks to working in it but those perks are used to avoid fair wages.
Cons
The most toxic workplace you will have ever worked at. The company was once very good to their employees, but after a recent acquisition, what should have improved became unbearably toxic, with many high level leaders acting unethically or retaliatory in their ways. The company does not care about their employees despite having a fleshed out set of company values. Their SUPER values are meant to bring a team together when what it actually does is make you responsible for the failure of others above and around you. They confuse perks with compensation and benefits, so if you love a lunch or a pizza party more than fair wages and benefits, look no further. Many high level leaders protect their own at the cost of call center agents and good talent. Instead of holding their leaders accountable, the company has become a revolving door of training people just to fire them. Make no mistake, you are not a person here, you are a resource to be exhausted and changed out. They will lie to you in your interview and gaslight you during your whole tenure. You will loose your peace of mind from constant stress and office politics. Leadership will retaliate against you for taking any sort of time due to life events such as getting sick, surgery, or the loss of family. Call center reps beware!
