Thanks for your honest feedback, and we're sorry this was your experience. As a result of our rapid growth, we've definitely felt growing pains. We'll likely continue to have some bumps in the road, because we're not perfect. More importantly though, we care and strive to continually improve. Your specific comments gives us areas to work on, so thank you. We want all comments - positive or negative - to come from a place of honesty. Honesty, respect, communication and willingness to improve - those are pillars of a healthy culture that leads to success. We want to discuss challenges and help find solutions together.
