You get hired, they say they are glad you are onboard then do not support you. Poor leadership and lacking growth direction.

Unfortunately there aren’t any pros. It’s a “good old boys club” where management doesn’t care about you and tries to control you with fear. They are WAY out of compliance with so many major items. Under investigation with FDIC.

They allow work place harassment, they belittle employees who are not apart of the upper management “click”. This bank is not run with integrity or even common sense. Completely out of compliance and regulations.
