The only pro of working there was not having to work on the weekends.

Cons

Behind in the times. A fearful working environment with limited growth potential in your role. No resources available to help you succeed in your role. Senior leadership is in a constant battle with each other. Favoritism is more important than choosing to do the right thing.

Pros

Unfortunately there aren’t any pros. It’s a “good old boys club” where management doesn’t care about you and tries to control you with fear. They are WAY out of compliance with so many major items. Under investigation with FDIC.

Cons

They allow work place harassment, they belittle employees who are not apart of the upper management “click”. This bank is not run with integrity or even common sense. Completely out of compliance and regulations.
