Their list of cons is longer than government paperwork. 1. You will have to sign a contract paper before joining. When you resign and come to join here, you will get to know about the 5 years contract and by this time you already resigned from your previous company and you will be forced to sign that. 2.According to contract, if you leave the company before 3 years, you will have to return your half of the salary. 3.If you leave this poor company before 3 years, they will file a case against you, you will have to face Court & hire lawyer to fight against their scam. 4. This is a Hub for Tangail, you Won't survive here if you are not from Tangail. 5.Peak nepotism you will find here. 6.Some Banana trees hold the top position of the management who actually don't believe that employees are human being. You will be counted as bloody civilian / slave. 7. They have no product, thus you will have very little scope to learn. 8. They hire frequently, people leave faster than light, they hire again with sweet-talking, again the new employees leave, thus the loophole continues. 9. Behaviour of management will make you feel like you are working in a garment factory. 10. Good people leave, leave faster than light. 11. You Won't get your last month's salary, the management is corrupted. 12. You will find some garbage here, no company will hire these garbages, even these little educated morons are given top position in various departments. 13. They hire and fire in a regular interval, they say this as cost cutting. 14. All the people here in management need training on basic manner, basic norms. 15.If you are to start your career here, then your Career will be nipped in the bud. There's no skilled person stay there for long and thus, you will not find seniors to learn and grow. 16.After you throw resignation, thay will harass you, will ask you to return half of the salary you received. 17. Uneducated, arrogant people holds the top position of this company. 18.No government holiday allowed here, you Casual Leave will be deducted for Eid vacation. 19.you will have to show medical prescription of a registered doctor even if you take a single day medical leave. 20.Lots of gossiping and backbiting, no real work, rhus a complete scam going here.

The company has assets to work with, including a clear vision and goals.

Bad decision-making; Better could be done if decision-making took less time.
