Pros
1. Timely salary but it is also changing due to Mr Mehedi (MD) who thinks the employee as his slave and he is the god of this company. 2.Will get promotion if you are an oily people. So perfect place for an oily people. 3.Chairman sir has so much money that's why this company is still breathing otherwise this company should be dead.
Cons
1.You are required to arrive at the office on time, but there is no specific time mentioned for leaving, which can result in unprofessional behavior towards you if you are late. 2.They provide your salary as a gesture of goodwill rather than as a reflection of your work. 3.None of the employees are satisfied with the company. Some remain with the company because they have no other options. 4.You won't have much time to spend with your family since the company only provides one day off on weekends, and sometimes, they schedule events during the weekend that prevent you from spending time with your family. 5.They have a grand vision, but their hiring practices for management and the MD position make it doubtful that this vision will be realized. 6.During the early stages of the company, there were individuals who cared about both the company's welfare and its employees. However, skilled and ethical individuals tend to leave due to the unhealthy work culture. 7.Day by day, the new management seems to prioritize the company's welfare over the employees', which ultimately hampers both the company and the employees' well-being.
