Pros
Hardly remember any pros of this organisation. The management bodies likes oiling,licking. If you are a good oiler then this company is the best for you. Here you must have to obey the comedy rules given by honorable Admin department which are solely approved by honorable chairman. So if you once were a prisoner then its the best for you.
Cons
It can't be end if I started to write about cons. 1-You have total 24 leave days but hardly use any. If you go outside for an emergency, they will deduct your salary or your leaves. You can't take more than one day off at a month, if you do,then you will be remarked as absent and no salary for that day. 2- If you are not from Tangail then your life maybe hell in a few days. This company is best for nepotism, favoritism. 3- This company was invented more than 2 years now but there isn't any product they have in their bag. Ask yourself, if a company dont exist without business product, or visible product, is it good for your future career? 4-You will be fired once you have done your task. They never ever give you farewell but fulfill you with mental pain of hell. 5- If you are a skillfull person, be ready with your bags. 6- Honorable Admin will monitor you 24*7 and try to understand what you are saying through CCTV camera. 7- No environment of work, brainstorming, no appreciation of hard work. I had saw a full skilled team move away because of lack of appreciation. Not a single appreciation you will get. 8- You have to bear the salaries of chefs if you want to have your lunch in office premises. 9- Trust me, you won't get appreciation of your own merit if you don't oil them. 10- Hiring/Resigning/Firing is a common process in HRM department always. They will hire you with sweet talks then kick you out after few months. 11- Lots of deduction without any addition(only salary) 12- They don't have any plan or agenda for employee betterment. 13- The behavior of few department's people will ruined your working spirit.
