Pros
Overall you have a good amount of freedom to be yourself and express your ideas. Most everyone is a good person, and a few are very smart and talented who, if had the chance, could excel and really push the brand to the next level.
Cons
Extremely poor management across the board. The constant changes within upper management who is completely out of touch with the brand leaves middle management even more confused about how to move forward. This confusion leads to a stressful, negative environment where people are more focused on covering their butts than anything else. The management worries about losing their control and respect so in turn they show less respect, act passive aggressive and have no shame in taking credit on positive projects or throwing you under the bus on negative issues.
Although they have (or at this point had) a good amount of talented people, they don't know how to utilize or even treat them. The high turn over rate unfortunately leads to a snowball effect that weeds out the talented and motivated and leaves behind the incompetent and lazy.
