Some of the customers make it worthwhile by having close relationships with them and you can occasionally get a good team
Cons
You are absolutely overwork for the absolute minimum, why are you paying management 50p more than customer service assistants, the amount of work you have to put in is not worth it for it to be potentially all took away if the higher managers do not think it’s “good enough” . They are not as diverse as they promote to be for example we get boxed of decorations for occasions like Easter and Christmas (Christian holidays) but absolutely nothing for Ramadan apart from a message on the back office that only the managers see. Taking peoples jobs away from them and making them redundant with no other option. Not actually valuing the staff’s opinion but when receiving criticism you get punished for it. And you don’t get a single reward for any hard work you do.
