Disorganized, with no real meaningful job titles or descriptions. In my time with the firm, turnover rate on new employees was very high.

If you want to be a liar then good place to work. Staff get fired all the time for "no cause" zero communication, zero training Wait times are very long for patients and you get yelled at and the doctor doesn't care, he only cares about $$$$$$
