      Pros

      None… good staff/team but everyone is stressed

      Cons

      Doctors are very money hungry, don’t care about staff and use intimidation to control. Staff is so good but not appreciated. Patients are upsold, it’s not about patient wellbeing.

      Pros

      Not many pros to working at a place like One Vascular, between their inability to communicate, providing no direction at all yet still having high expectations becoming such a negative workplace

      Cons

      - no employees are happy - negative work environment - the surgeons are very selfish and have no care about their employes, their only focus is the amount of money they make from private pay. - they do not guarantee patient results - threaten to fire you the second they think something is wrong

      Pleasant co-workers overshadowed by toxic leadership culture

      Payroll was always on time Co-workers tended to be pleasant

      Cons

      Toxic work environment with a cultivated culture of fear. Frequent shouting by senior leadership, including foul language, audible from the waiting room. Some members of leadership would denigrate members of staff behind their back. Dubious hiring practices, minimal training, and considerable loss of institutional knowledge due to rapid turnover. Disorganized, with no real meaningful job titles or descriptions. In my time with the firm, turnover rate on new employees was very high.
