Toxic work environment with a cultivated culture of fear. Frequent shouting by senior leadership, including foul language, audible from the waiting room. Some members of leadership would denigrate members of staff behind their back. Dubious hiring practices, minimal training, and considerable loss of institutional knowledge due to rapid turnover. Disorganized, with no real meaningful job titles or descriptions. In my time with the firm, turnover rate on new employees was very high.

If you want to be a liar then good place to work. Staff get fired all the time for "no cause" zero communication, zero training Wait times are very long for patients and you get yelled at and the doctor doesn't care, he only cares about $$$$$$
