Pros
Innovative office space that is used as a working showroom for client tours. The employees are great. Family owned business, so there is less of a corporate feel. Ownership truly does care about their employees.
Cons
Lack of management support to pursue professional development. No consistency in employee compensation and reviews. Some initiatives that are launched don't seem to be followed through.
