A+ connections to the A&D community and manufacturers. Hub for new ideas. Constantly something to celebrate/be proud of. Their commitment to our health and safety during the pandemic was comforting during a terrifying period. Senior leadership is kind and approachable. Despite being privately held and family-run, OWP operates in modern ways, with similar initiatives and commitments to a publicly-traded company.
Cons
Growth and acquisitions have been fast and furious in recent years. This has been inevitably bumpy with numerous software adoptions/procedural changes etc. Sometimes the sheer size of the organization leads to blind spots/dehumanization between teams that need to collaborate smoothly for success
