Hi There! Thanks for taking the time to write this review. As part of our interview process we often times have candidates become 1099 employees so we can pay for their time, especially when lengthy writing samples are required. We do not apply specific rules for non-US employees.
If you’re interested in the startup culture of trail and error and figuring it out on the spot this is the perfect place for you.
Cons
- Lack of organization. Little to no processes in place in terms of sales and how to engage with new clients/projects.
- The CEO relies on his personal relationships with clients to get business which makes it a bit difficult for others to do their job — the CEO always promises someone more via a private conversation that no one was aware of.
- Senior management tends to have awkward arguments in front of employees (open office).
- Cliquish ways. Very high school like for people over 30.
- They can’t seem to keep employees turnover rate high.
