Cons
- Lack of organization. Little to no processes in place in terms of sales and how to engage with new clients/projects. - The CEO relies on his personal relationships with clients to get business which makes it a bit difficult for others to do their job — the CEO always promises someone more via a private conversation that no one was aware of. - Senior management tends to have awkward arguments in front of employees (open office). - Cliquish ways. Very high school like for people over 30. - They can’t seem to keep employees turnover rate high.
