• I wasn't too sure if its selective treatment but the trainers are accomodative and supportive, same with the boss himself, your team members vary • no income cap (but you do NOT earn as what they've presented on their slides per week during the interview presentation) •Bonding events for those and team nights per week for those socially outgoing(its a tactic explained more below) •if you dont mind working yourself as a hog chasing a carrot on a stick for a slow career rise and unstable pay, this is for you :D •interesting experience in something cult adjacent

•commision based/performance based so expect highly unstable income that varies each month depending on how many closes you achieve, if you want financial stability and earn like a tycoon, this is NOT IT, there is no base pay either its all falsely stated DONT JOIN •Misleading recruiters and presented numbers; FALSE promises of easygoing, flexible work hours that stretch only from 5-10 while earning an AVERAGE of $600-$800 only to be hit with the reality of a 12-13hr++ per 6 DAYS a week earning below minimum wage MOST of the time, extremely draining DONT JOIN •MLM/cult like company with brainwashing/individuality diminishing tactics such as: -unrealistic KPIs and sales targets; they wont threaten to fire you, they THREATEN to EXTEND your hours and KEEP GOING until you've achieved their benchmark in this humiliation ritual that WONT even get you paid, no incentives nada whatsoever since its based off commision. Doing More For Less. DONT JOIN -During training, they'll highlight how they specifically pick out younger grads to be recruited since they have no proper sales experience. This way of filtering makes it easier to mindwash them into their own intoxicating culture, own collective identity to normalize unrealistic or irregular processes you will go through. The training aspect is useless,draining and time wasting half of the time since its somewhat common knowledge or underdeveloped, waste of time. From my experience being on field observing the long term cult members, the true aspects of achieving sales is derived from VAST PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE to weed out the 10% who would say yes to us. Any "training" or such is EXCESSIVE and TIME WASTING as they try to drive it down to your memory and habits, even providing hw, which becomes mostly useless in the field even blaming you for not creatively tweaking out the tactics you've enforced us to employ strictly ITS CONFUSING. WASTEFUL, DRAINING WITH NO BENEFITS. DONT JOIN -bonding events; you'll be indirectly nudged and guilt talked into joining most of these that aren't usually beneficial to wear the false bravado of an actual entrepreneur "networking" when its a waste of 8-10hrs since you're below their pay wage, DONT JOIN -Ritualistic morning meetings where we chant in tandem to celebrate the sales achievement of others which doesn't sound too bad until its STRETCHED to 2-3hrs of standing around listening to these sobstory motivational stories, while everyone else in the room takes down NOTES? on their entire BIOGRAPHY and rudimentary sales advices that sounds like its ripped straight out of a cheap self help book. Which they even indirectly review you on what you've learned like i didn't sign up for a self help course😭 Extremely Draining. Your critical thinking skills and social awareness will be reduced greatly to succumb to the conformity of this large collective conscious entity. DONT JOIN -Wearing glamorous suits for the first 4-5hrs only to be infield as a glorified unskippable youtube ad -Everything leads back to sales; your trainers and colleagues in your first few starting days will try to erase your personal identity and relating all of your interests, personal life anything else back to sales in the end by taking the time to "get to know you" DONT JOIN •HORRIBLE work life balance, the work timeline I've mentioned earlier + the company's attempt to include you as their Family(cult) =having your personal life being slowly consumed by work and sales until eventually its your entire drive for existential purpose is just being a sales slave, they will intrude and invade every increment of your social life or life itself so the leaders could GROOM you into qualified assurance for the cult itself. DONT JOIN To reiterate: Intrusively suffocating and a job that's just smokes and mirrors to lead you into a life of unreasonable hardship thats full of financial instability so DONT JOIN OR (for newer recruits) QUIT its not worth it
