Pros

I have not really started yet so take my review with a pinch of salt. People there are very friendly

Cons

Lack of professionalism and formality Too energetic for me as an introvert because to be really honest, I felt absolutely drained by the energy. Never felt so drained in my life. But it is only my personal experience. I felt that the office was also lacking in space. There was this narrow corridor and we had to squeeze through people. The office is quite noisy because I assume that there are trainings going on for new people and cheers going on. Imagine NP's Red Camp cheers and transfer that to an office setting, a business setting. That is the best way I can explain how I felt. It was extremely overwhelming for me to the point I didn't feel like joining the company officially. Context: I visited the office to see its operations. Overall I can't give any advice because I have not started yet and thus would be unreliable so do take this lightly because this is just how I feel and may vary.

Pros

No pros, please don't fall for their tricks.

Cons

They brand themselves as a sales & marketing job and on paper you are signed as an independent contractor (self-employed), but you do not have control of your time at all. Monday - Friday you have to come in at 12, you get home maybe 1-2am on a daily basis. You also have to clock in on Sundays from 9am till 6-8pm. They will make it seem like it’s your choice, but the way they phrase their words will make it seem like you have no choice but to follow them. You DO NOT EARN until you make a proper sale. Also, they lie about the commissions of each sale. It's way less than what they tell you. It's hard to even hit 2K each month. There is a power play in the company, they do not let trainees talk to each other, and your trainer will follow you EVERYWHERE you go, even to the toilet, for fear of you talking to someone you're not supposed to. Everyone in there is COMMITTED to MANIPULATING you. They go by day or afternoon shifts. Afternoon shifts come in at 12, have lunch at 3/4, you knock doors 5 - 10/11pm. They expect you to come in even on Sundays. You DO NOT, have time for yourself. The interview is misleading, when you officially go in for your first day, they gaslight and manipulate you into thinking what they're doing is ethical. They target young people especially from not-so-great family backgrounds, especially those who cannot think for themselves. DO NOT, fall for this. Get yourself out immediately. They use materialistic goals to bait and trap you. From day one, they make you list down materialistic things you think you want for yourself, and they make you think about that all the time, creating this false sense of reality for yourself that you don’t even realise YOU’RE LOSING YOURSELF. Once you're in, they will try their best to rewire your brain, manipulating you to stay, you won't even realise that you've been scammed into the job. The job scope they told you during the interview is DIFFERENT from the reality. There are so many poor souls stuck in there and we do not know how to help them. They have all lost themselves and submitted to being puppets for the company. They think they are ‘self-employed’, but they have ZERO agency of their own time. Everything is decided for them. They will be guilt-tripped for not complying. You too, if you decide to go for it. Please don’t.
