Pros

i guess its a job that can help you while you are looking for another one?

Cons

RETENTION IS TO PAY YOU LESS . You can find broker commission breakdowns on carrier websites and CMS as well, They receive payment on submissions that are verified by CMS but they tell you they do not. More money in their pockets, corporate greed at its finest. Managers do not care since they are paid on submission as well. Managers only want the position to get off the phone and baby sit but yet do not know how to lead a team. You will not grow as a salesman here, Low level agents become managers so what can they teach you? Nothing, just ways to lie and push these old people through the application. Cherry on top they just settled a class action lawsuit for breaking labor laws in 2022 AEP. They settled for $270,000 for lost wages. Why work for a company that consistently takes money from you no matter how hard you work? This is a sales position, i should be rewarded for hard work. Instead they will steal from you with a smile on their face. Even though Onedigital acquired HealthWorks, they left the same people in charge that continues to steal money and lie to you. From a person who gave them 100% of my trust and effort. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. For AEP you will NOT make the 30k they promise you when you first start training, None of those training managers were even top 25 agents in AEP. I worked overtime daily and submitted over 400+ apps and i didn't even break 30k. I say this for you can look for another company to sell Medicare for that have more morals than this place.

Pros

Strong company culture focused on taking care of employees and clients. Excellent place to work, as long as you're willing to put in the time and effort.

Cons

Not necessarily a con. Still a relatively young, and growing firm that is building out structure.

Pros

The people you meet who do the same thing as you and 10% of the sales managers are great and actually normal

Cons

Pay is terrible. In the interview they make it seem like you will be making $50k+ after you close some calls but it takes 1.5+, probably 2+ years to even get a $1 raise based on sales. You get 6 hours of PTO a month which is not even a full day and they fire people who go over. They expect you to dial with no breaks in between dials for 8 hours if you do not close your inbounds, which are all based on luck. The role requires minimal selling skills and success is 80% based on luck and who you get on the phone which is all based on a queue. If you do not convert these the inbound leads they have you dial all day and the #s you dial, probably 30 other agents have dialed already that same day. Feel bad for the people who are in their CRM because they get double digit calls each day from us. Oh yeah, and your bathroom breaks are timed.
