Working here was a deeply disappointing experience. The culture is toxic, driven by poor leadership, favoritism, and a “you can’t sit with us” vibe that shuts out anyone who isn’t part of the inner circle. Account leaders go out of their way to shut out subordinates—refusing to onboard them properly, support them, or even listen to their input. It often feels like new hires are being set up to fail, and unfortunately, management allows this behavior to continue unchecked.
