As companies experience growth it can be difficult to maintain a positive and fun corporate culture. However, One Six Solutions does a great job at hiring the right people who are smart and driven to ensure that as they grow the company continues to provide a fun and engaging atmosphere. The Partners are fully transparent so employees always know where the company stands and where it is trending year to year. Most of the projects are challenging and push the employees to deliver their best work as they grow and learn in their roles.
The other great parts of the company include the unlimited PTO, training/certification reimbursement, and a focus on securing projects primarily in Chicago or the Chicagoland area. Management does an excellent job making certain that their employees have a proper work/life balance so that no consultant ever feels burnt out or over worked.
Cons
As is the world of consulting it can be tedious at times when you are on the bench. As long as you keep busy with internal work or applying for certifications the time passes by quick enough.
