Pros

1. Unlimited PTO, 12 holidays per year, and everyone gets 2 weeks off for Christmas PLUS they encourage you to take 1 day off per quarter to volunteer for your non-profit charity of choice. 2. After 90 days employees can choose to be hybrid or fully remote. 3. Management is dedicated to the continued training and development of its staff. We regularly have virtual and onsite training offered to make sure we have the most up to date skills and desirable certifications - all paid for by the company. 4. Competitive pay and quarterly bonuses (always at least 10%) 5. For those that choose to come into office, free breakfast and lunch is provided. Love those breakfast tacos on Fridays. 6. Amazing insurance plans that cover my entire family and they match 10% 401k. 7. Zero tolerance for micromanagement and anyone that creates a toxic work culture of any kind. This helps us stay positive and productive. 8. Dedicated DEI policy and program - very inclusive and welcoming company!

Cons

While the last quarterly bonus was substantial (25%), I would have liked to receive it in December instead of January so I could have spoiled my family with better gifts!

Pros

If you work hard and tell the leadership team what you want to do they will support you and allow you to try. There are a ton of opportunities if you are not afraid.

Cons

There are cons to every job but nothing here that should stop anyone from trying. The worst thing I saw was trying to implement new things but would lose steam and then change to a new direction.
