Working as a Software Developer here has provided a stable platform to begin my career. The company maintains a consistent Monday to Saturday schedule. There are few internal projects in progress that allow developers to experiment with their skills and gain exposure to different technologies. Although not every project is groundbreaking, the experience contributes to learning and practical problem solving. The HR team is approachable and supportive in day-to-day matters, which creates a comfortable work environment overall. Colleagues are cooperative, and teamwork is encouraged. The company culture is generally positive.
