1) They assign interns to live projects directly in the name of training. 2) No Offer letters, stipends, or salaries were given to anyone, only they assigned work to interns. 3) Long working hours with no overtime pay. 4) Lack of proper communication from management. 5) Inadequate training and support for new employees. 6) Limited career growth opportunities. 7) Team leads, scrum all are interns, they assign work to interns. 8) Saturday and Sunday are also working hours. 9) No response from HR Management, when you ask any queries they didn't respond. 10) Continuos project shifting, no one didn't even give any reason for that.
