Pros

Flexible hours, fully remote and independent work, supportive leadership who go above and beyond to prepare you for the mission you are assigned for. Work/life balance is unmatched, since you create your own schedule.

Pros

Flexible (hours and modes of communication), more earning potental from efficiency, very intuitive platform, well-organized company, great collaborative culture, some decent discounts at stores if you're in Europe, quality bonus of 1/3 your pay

Cons

You are paid by ticket, so your earnings can massively vary depending on client and efficiency (in many places below minimum wage even when meeting goals), you're a contractor that may have to work with different clients under Onepilot who pay different rates (I would worry about stability)
