Pros

This job will get your feet wet in an office IT environment. Clients ranged from Accounting to School to Medical. Other than that, the only positive is management would value family time over work.

Cons

Too many to list, but I'll stick with the obvious ones. * Pay isn't great, and I never received a raise in the time I worked there. * No growth or advancement. * Management will often bend over backwards to make clients happy, even if that meant they throw you under the bus themselves. * Equipment is old and outdated and they refuse to replace anything. Often times using essentially a "band-aid" to make sure things stayed operational. * Would preach about communication but management failed to communicate themselves. * Management turnover was high. Went through 3 managers in my time there. * Failure to listen to employees, resulting in a very low company morale.

Pros

Great work environment. A company that really cares about its people, its clients, and growing the business. The atmosphere is super encouraging and friendly. Management is very understanding and friendly. The kind of place for a career not just a job

Cons

I really don’t have anything bad to say.

Pros

You learn a little bit of everything. Decent starter job but definitely not a career place

Cons

* Terrible communication. New clients would be signed without any discussion to technical staff. Then management would yell at us for not helping them (even though we had no knowledge of them paying for our services) * Terrible pay. Only time I received a raise was for completing IT certifications. Unless you try to quit, then magically all the money Carl didn't have for raises all of a sudden was there. * Held a morale meeting once. Instead of addressing the issues, Carl said "If you don't like it, I'll give you $3,500 if you want to quit and I'll file the paperwork so you'd be able to collect unemployment." One person took that offer. * Ungrateful client base. Some clients really didn't care for Carl in the slightest. Sometimes that meant the client taking their frustrations out on you.
