I get paid, although not well enough for what they expect

Cons

Upper management pressures you to knowingly rip off tenants. TONS of angry tenants once they realize the scams Onni tries to pull. They care only about money, and don’t give 2 cents about staff or tenants. My wife disrespects me for working for such horrible people.

Sitting and not really doing much, great usage of the amenities, residents

Cons

The corporate aspect of the building, and how they lie to residents. Constantly getting in trouble for saying we as employees could do something months prior then switching their minds last minute. There really isnt any growth either, people stay for a few months then quit. Its very draining.
