Sinking Ship - Business Development Manager Onvia Employee Review

New CEO wrecked culture and most want to leave or have already left. Had a record year under SVP in 2016 and SVP was fired after working miracles just because brand new CEO had different vision for company that doesn't fit within company model. Culture is shot, comp plans were cut significantly, quotas doubled and did I mention culture is shot? Onvia used to be a diamond in the rough and now it's just rough. Not a place to be under the current CEO, but hard to believe he'll last long. Product is complicated and high priced.
