Pros

Awesome colleagues, good work life balance. If you're looking to gain some experience short term it's not too bad although don't plan on making a career there.

Cons

Micromanaging is the norm. They will get rid of anyone who challenges them or heaven forbid have a better idea. If you don't fall line you'll be gone in 3 months. I'm pretty certain the main character from "mean girls" works there although she's assumed a different name. She's in a top position so you better get on her good side. DO NOT TRUST the HR DEPT! Well, at least one of them. Very cold and malicious. She's not on your side, remember that. Poor Benefits, wages aren't as competitive as they should be for the area.

Good people (mostly). Good location.

Cons

New CEO wrecked culture and most want to leave or have already left. Had a record year under SVP in 2016 and SVP was fired after working miracles just because brand new CEO had different vision for company that doesn't fit within company model. Culture is shot, comp plans were cut significantly, quotas doubled and did I mention culture is shot? Onvia used to be a diamond in the rough and now it's just rough. Not a place to be under the current CEO, but hard to believe he'll last long. Product is complicated and high priced.
