Pros
1. It depends on the team, but it is a good place for learning. 2. Regarding WFH (Work From Home), this varies significantly from team to team. With the exception of one specific team(blockchain), every group enjoys some flexibility with remote work.
Cons
1. The timelines are unrealistic. They source projects from Upwork with deadlines that are barely achievable. 2. As I mentioned, it is a good place for learning. You are often assigned projects outside your current scope, allowing you to learn new technologies. However, this can lead to mental stress due to the sharp, demanding timelines. 3. There are no salary increments—only "dry promotions" (title changes without a pay raise).
