      They conducts event to keep you motivated. Office is good enough. A good learning for freshers.

      Cons

      Delay in salary (never comes in time) People with position technical architect will try to put you down in every possible manner. Politics all around especially in main office.

      Pros

      Oodles technologies provides amazing environment for fresher and experience both. Everyone is very helpful in this company. I have learned more new technologies easily with the help of mentors. And the whole process of remote joining is very smooth.

      I have not found any issue with any (hr, infra etc) team
